Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms stated here. If you have any questions that aren't answered in the Terms of Service (TOS) or the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), feel free to contact me.Last Updated: 2023-08-13

Things You Should Have Before CommissioningPlease have these the following things ready when I contact you so I can streamline the commission process!- A good idea of what you want for your commission (and possibly a backup idea if I cannot fulfill your original). Unless specified when opening commissions, I will not take "Artistic Freedom" commissions.- An unshaded character reference or artwork. Use of a shaded reference or non-visual reference will incur an additional fee (artist's discretion).- A method to pay for your commission.- Multiple methods for me to contact you that you check regularly.Character Reference PolicyI must be provided with a reference image of your character. Depending on the type of art, there will be different requirements for how much of the body must be shown in the reference image. (ex. fullbody comm must provide fullbody reference.) Please have a flat color reference sheet/image, or your commission will be subject to additional charges at the artist's discretion.
If your reference is traditional art, then you must provide HEX codes of each color of your character.
If your reference image doesn't show the eye/pawpads/tongue color but it needs to be drawn in the commission, then please provide a HEX code for that color.Things I will/will not draw- No Humans / Humanoids- No Gore or Violence- No Overly Complex Characters- No Extremely large groups- No Copyrighted CharactersI will only draw furry/anthro characters. Weed and alcohol use is ok, all other drug use ask before commissioning. If you are not sure about anything I will/will not draw please ask!Payment PolicyAll prices and quotes will be in US Dollars (USD). I take upfront payment through PayPal or Venmo (Paypal is preferred). If you are not able to pay, or do not have any of the aforementioned payment methods, let me know ahead of time so we can work something out; otherwise I will cancel your commission.Additionally, if your invoice isn't paid after 5 days of receiving the invoice, your commission will be cancelled.I will not lower my prices for any reason. Do not haggle prices.I will not do payment plans.Artist Rights- I reserve the right to post, share, and publish all artwork that I create. If you do not wish to have your art shared, please let me know at the beginning of the commission process.- I may reuse poses or sketches for other work.- I can alter the final cost of a commission or reject a commission at my discretion.- I reserve the right to alter the Terms of Service without notice.- I reserve the right to request people to take down my art.In social media posts, I will credit your character/username.Commissioner Rights- You may request work in progress snapshots of your commission- You may ask for changes throughout the process- You may request a refund before flat colors are added to a commission (with the exception of sketch commissions).- You may use the art for non-commercial, personal use and post it wherever you'd like (please credit me).- You may make edits to your art unless they remove my watermark or put me in a bad light.- You may requests edits to your commission if I made a mistake on it. Any mistakes that are the fault of your reference image/sheet will not be changed. Please make sure your reference is clear. Edits late in the commissioning process (not at the fault of the artist) may be subject to additional fees.Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, NFTs, and AINone of my art or any other work products may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or any future inventions or creations relating to any cryptocurrencies or blockchains. Additionally, none of my art or any other work products may be used in any capacity to train or promote artificial intellgence-related technology.18+ ArtAs of right now, I do not have a finalized process for 18+ commissions, nor do I have a schedule for when I will open for such commissions. If you aren't 18 years old, do not ask for, request, or commission NSFW artwork. Apologies for the inconvenience!Additional Terms- You may not remove my signature/watermark in any way. Whether you edit it out, cover it, or crop it out, it is strictly prohibited.
- Please be patient with me and understand that I am busy! This means that I may not always be able to reply to your message right away, but I will always try my best to get back to you on the same day.
- It is NOT guaranteed that I will complete a commission that I meant for as gift before a specific date. I do not accept rush commissions, nor do I work with deadlines. Please commission me with ample time to ensure that you receive your artwork by when you need it!

Q: Are you open for art trades?
A: Yes! However, I only accept art trades on a limited basis and will prioritize mutuals/people I follow. Sometimes, I will post on Twitter asking for art trade requests outside of people I follow, so be sure to follow me there!Q: Are you open to other types of commissions not listed on your commissions page?
A: Likely not, but I am open to suggestions! If you have a commission idea, please shoot me a DM and if I can’t take it now, I may try to do so in the future. Commission options will likely expand in future openings!Q: Will you design a character for me?
A: At the moment no. However, I may be open to the idea for close friends/mutuals depending on my availability!
